Beating the Winter Blues

We made our 2nd annual trip out to Kansas City to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge this past weekend. Last year we had such a wonderful time that we made sure to go again this year. It's a great way to make it through a miserable Missouri winter (I actually enjoy winter, but with kids, it can be very hard).

For those of you who don't know about the Great Wolf Lodge, it is a wonderful family-oriented hotel with an adjoining indoor water park (not a pool, a water park), storytime in the lobby at bedtime, cub club activities for the kids during the day and lots of other various activities. And it looks like they are putting in a miniature golf course too. My wonderful in-laws came along with us to help with our three kiddos (that is the only reason I was able to take so many pictures this time - so thank you, you two!)
